    The Education Center is located at Navy College Office JEB Little Creek 1481 D Street, Building 3016 and offers college testing and basic education skills training including such tests as the ACT, SAT, GRE and the GED. The Education Center offers two- and four-year undergraduate and graduate programs offered by colleges in the neighboring communities.
